REIKI-INFUSED SOUND BATHS • $20 PER PERSON
Every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, we come together for tea, guided meditation, and a 45 minute sound bath infused with Reiki energy. This offering is a gentle invitation to come home to yourself. A safe space to soften, release, and simply be.
Through the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, the gong, and Koshi chimes I guide you into deep relaxation, easing stress and quieting the mind. As the sound washes over you, many enter a meditative state where deep rest and healing naturally unfold.
Following the sound bath, you’ll be gently guided back to the present moment with time to ground and integrate. You’re also welcome to pull an oracle card and reflect on your experience.
LOCATION
Classes are held at Kenkō Studios, a peaceful wellness centre located at 40 Saint Benedicts Street, Eden Terrace, Auckland.
BRING
Tea, yoga mats, and bolsters are provided. Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a cushion, blanket, and water bottle. You’re also welcome to bring an eye pillow or acupressure mat.
