PRIVATE REIKI-INFUSED SOUND BATHS • $245
These one hour group sessions blend the healing power of sound and Reiki to create a deeply soothing and restorative experience. Perfect for events like corporate gatherings, team-building, birthdays, and bridal showers, they help release stress, restore emotional balance, and promote overall well-being.
I’ll guide you into a meditative state using crystal singing bowls, the gong, Koshi chimes, and Reiki energy, allowing you to experience clarity, relaxation, and a deep sense of inner peace. Afterward, you’ll be gently guided back to the present moment with time to ground and integrate. You’re also welcome to pull an oracle card and reflect on your experience.
LOCATION
Sessions are held at Kenkō Studios, a peaceful wellness centre located at 40 Saint Benedicts Street, Eden Terrace, Auckland. I’m also happy to organise these offerings at your preferred location. Please get in touch to make arrangements.
BRING
Tea, yoga mats, and bolsters are provided. Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a cushion, blanket, and water bottle. You’re also welcome to bring an eye pillow or acupressure mat.
