SOUND BATH & TEA CEREMONY
This offering is a meditative and heart-opening experience with sound and tea. We'll begin with a guided meditation to honour tea as a living plant spirit, followed by a soothing gong and Koshi chime sound bath to calm the nervous system and awaken the senses.
