My hope is to help you feel calm, confident and empowered as you prepare for birth, whatever your birth preferences, circumstances, or journey may look like.

I believe every woman deserves to feel supported, trust her body, and feel confident in her ability to navigate birth. These affirmation cards are designed to help you shift your mindset, release fears, and nurture a deeper sense of trust in yourself as you prepare to meet your baby.

My own mother’s experience with a traumatic birth and postpartum depression had a significant impact on my upbringing. It’s why I’m passionate about helping women approach birth with less fear, greater trust, and the confidence to embrace their own unique journey.
